**ALPHALINE Victor Györög Limousine Service Terms and Conditions**

1. **Booking and Reservations**:
   - All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired service date.
   - Confirmation of bookings will be provided via email or other specified communication channels.
   
2. **Payment**:
   - Full payment is due upon confirmation of the booking unless otherwise specified.
   - We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other listed payment methods.
   - All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. **Cancellations and Refunds**:
   - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date will be fully refunded.
   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
   - No-shows and cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the service date are non-refundable.

4. **Driver Conduct**:
   - All ALPHALINE Victor Györög drivers are trained professionals committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
   - Drivers reserve the right to terminate the ride if passengers exhibit dangerous or disruptive behavior.

5. **Passenger Responsibilities**:
   - Passengers should maintain a respectful demeanor throughout the journey.
   - Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, and possession of weapons in the limousine is strictly prohibited.
   - Damages to the limousine caused by passengers will be charged to the primary account holder.

6. **Liability Limitations**:
   - ALPHALINE Victor Györög is not liable for personal items left behind in vehicles.
   - We disclaim responsibility for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service disruptions.

7. **Delays and Wait Times**:
   - A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickups (45-minute for Airport Pickups). Additional wait time will be charged at a specified rate. 
   - ALPHALINE Victor Györög is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic or adverse weather conditions.

8. **Vehicle Substitutions**:
   - While we aim to provide the specific vehicle requested, ALPHALINE Victor Györög reserves the right to replace it with one of equal or greater value under exceptional circumstances.

9. **Privacy Assurance**:
   - Client data is handled with utmost confidentiality and is not shared with external entities without explicit consent.

10. **Governing Law**:
   - These terms and conditions fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant local laws. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved in the appropriate local courts.

11. **Terms Amendments**:
   - ALPHALINE Victor Györög retains the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
